Our initial meeting is a free consultation in which we will discuss exactly what you’re looking for in Disc Jockey Entertainment for your wedding. Our job is to trigger the thinking process so your vision of your perfect wedding will come to life. We will use our experience to implement your vision in a practical way and present ideas that you may have not thought of. This meeting gives us the chance to get to know you and make your wedding as personal and unique as possible. You will leave this meeting with many
ideas and thoughts. Here you can gather those ideas and gain insight on traditional ceremony music, the first dance song, wedding party song, cake cutting, parent / child dances, bouquet / garter toss and last dance music suggestions. This meeting can take place in person, over the phone or through skype / facetime.
After our first meeting is completed we will be with you every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is our responsibility to work closely with you and your other professionals leading up to your very special day. This can be everyone from the caterer, Matre’ D and others to make sure that all are working as a unified team. This can also include other entertainers, singers or dancers. Approximately three to four weeks before the big day we will meet up again to discuss specific details such as your grand entrance, announcements, music selections, special song selections, etc…
One week prior to your wedding date you will receive as detailed itinerary of everything we have discussed. Everything will be in an extremely organized fashion. We will use this very itinerary to discuss details with your wedding coordinator and / or venue. Its our way of ironing out all the kinks so everything is ready to go on your wedding day.
Arriving at your reception, we get to work well before You, the Bride,the Groom and the Wedding Party arrive. We are set up, well rested and prepared, waiting for your Magical Entry. We discuss last minute details with your other wedding professionals. We strive to produce high quality music entertainment to keep your guests happy and to create an ever lasting memory from your arrival, throughout the evening and until you depart, so that you will cherish your reception as the absolute happiest day of your newlywed lives… As the night moves along… all the attention is on the dancing and having fun…
Rest assured, we always address all concerns you may have relating to your choices of entertainment and songs. There will be “special requests.” There might be some for styles and type of music you may not want to hear on your special day. It will be our job to handle that. Don’t deal with the stress of people asking you. Send them to us, we know what to do! It’s “Your Nite!” And, it’s our job to make it happen to your total satisfaction!
